Work with us

We’re a small Darwin team doing support work the way it should be done — matched to people, not squeezed into rosters. If that sounds like how you’d want to work, we’d like to hear from you.

What we stand for

People first, always

Participants’ goals decide what support looks like, never roster convenience. You’ll be matched with people who share your interests, because support works better when you actually enjoy the day too.

Do what we say

Turn up, be on time, communicate honestly when things change. Participants and families plan their lives around us; reliability is the whole game.

Build independence

Success is being needed less. We celebrate the day a participant catches the bus without us, cooks the meal themselves, makes the friend who isn’t paid to be there.

Who we look for

Support workers, coordinators and team leaders who treat this as a craft — people who listen more than they talk, keep their word, and genuinely like being out and about across Darwin. Casual and part-time arrangements, shaped around real availability rather than pretend availability.
