Common questions

Straight answers about how supports work with us. Can’t find yours? Call 0416 099 057 and ask a person instead.
Which areas do you service?

We support participants across the greater Darwin area, including Palmerston and the northern suburbs. If you're a little further out, get in touch and we'll see what's possible.

Which NDIS participants can you work with?

We work with plan-managed and self-managed NDIS participants. If your plan is agency (NDIA) managed, give us a call anyway and we'll point you in the right direction. Not sure how your plan is managed? It's on the first page of your plan, or your plan manager can tell you.

How do I make a referral?

Use our referral form, call 0416 099 057, or email admin@nobluescs.com.au. Anyone can refer: participants themselves, family and carers, support coordinators, allied health and hospital teams. A real local person replies within one business day.

How soon can support start?

Often within a week or two of the first conversation, depending on the supports involved and finding you the right worker. If something is urgent, tell us in the referral and we'll prioritise it.

Can I choose my support worker?

Yes. We match workers to your interests and personality, you meet them before supports begin, and if it's not the right fit we change it. No hard feelings.

How much do supports cost?

Our rates follow the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits, so supports are billed at or below the NDIS price caps. Everything is set out in a service agreement before any support starts, so there are no surprises.

What happens after I send a referral?

We call you back within one business day for a relaxed chat about goals, routines and interests, at your place or ours. Then we match you with a worker, you meet them, and supports begin. You always have the final say.

Know someone who’d thrive with the right support?

Send us a referral and we’ll be in touch within one business day. Participants, families, support coordinators and allied health professionals all welcome.
